After spending more than a decade in the mortgage industry, Kelyn transitioned into real estate, giving her a deep understanding of financing, contracts, negotiations, and what it takes to successfully move a transaction from the initial conversation all the way to closing.
Today, Kelyn is a Managing Principal Broker with Worth Clark Realty, serving Washington and Oregon, and is the owner of Selling Keys Real Estate. Her background in mortgage lending allows her to understand not only the real estate side of a transaction, but also how financing decisions can impact a buyer's purchasing power, monthly payment, and overall strategy.
Kelyn works closely with Bill Black and the Team Black network to help clients create a more connected homebuying and real estate experience. Whether someone is purchasing their first home, moving up, selling, investing, or exploring creative financing options, Kelyn brings practical experience and a solutions-focused approach to the conversation.

When she's not helping clients, Kelyn is also a yoga instructor and enjoys spending time with Bill, their family, and their very spoiled Yorkshire Terrier, Charlee the 4th.
